ABSTRACT
To facilitate the adaptation to sailing nausea, this study
assess the training effects of three selected inner ear
equilibrium function enhancin g related exercises. Thirty
healthy newly recruited male soldiers (age
20.27±0.58yr, height 169.2±5.32cm and weight 60.5±7.34kg)
were selected and divided into three groups: running training
group, RT ; running and rope jumping training group,
RRJT and ; running and rolling training group, RRT.
The subject were trained for a 3-week period. A pre

1.The RRJT and RRT in nystagmus time endurance are better than
RT (P<.05).
2.The RRJT in nystagmus frequency endurance are better than RT
and RRT(P<.05).
This study suggests that RRJT is able to improve navy soldier to
enhance their inner ear equilibrium function, therefore nausea
adaptation c an be facilitated.
