Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 纖維及高分子研究所 === 86 === In this study , DMEU only、waterborne PU prepolymer only to be crosslinking agent then mixed them was used to treated the cotton fabrics that discuss effect of surfactant additive . By changing different kinds of polydiol in reactive PU prepolymer , different kinds of surfactant and their using amount . Also , the change of the finishing process , DMEU and PU prepolymer used two-step process on resin finishing cotton fabrics are discussed . For effect of adding surfactant fine that in finishing by adding surfactant as additive only with DMEU as finishing agent have increasing in WCRA ,the breaking strength、abrasion resistance retention are also improved. For effect of cotton fabrics treated by PU prepolymer mixed withDMEU adding surfactant as additive.The adding amount of PU prepolymer have increasing as adding surfactant.And using of PEG-1000 as the soft segment of PU prepolymer adding higher EO moles value and HLB of nonionic surfactant can achieve better balance physical properties , the DCRA、WCRA have increasing and the breaking strength、abrasion resi stance retention 、moisture regain are also improved . Regarding adding amount of surfactane with the addition of 1~2 % to cotton fabrics are achieve balance of physical properties. Regarding the cotton fabrics treated by two-step process ,the cotton fabrics treated firstly with nonionic PU prepolymer and following with DMEU , the DCRA、WCRA、breaking strength、abrasion resistance ect. as a whole physical properties are also improved. At the same finishing process, adding higher EO moles value and HLB of nonionic surfactant can achieve better of physical properties than no adding surfactant of treated cotton fabrics.
