To ensure the accuracy of simulation result and to understand the fundamental modes of the cavity, we also derived the equations for electric field in the cavity with electromagnetic wave theory. We forcused our study on the effect of dimension of heatsink and the excitation sources in order to understand the method and possibility of eliminating the EM radiation caused by the cavity.
