Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電子工程技術研究所 === 86 === In recent years , the field of power electronics has experienced a largegrowth due to confluence of several factors. There have been revolutionary advances in microelectronic methods , which have led to the development of linear integrated circuits and digital signal processorsas controllers in power electronic systems .In contrast to linear electronic systems , semiconductor devices in power electronic systems operate asswitches being either fully on or off. This results in a substantially higher energy efficiency. The state space average method has been very fruitful in determining DC and small signal analysis of switching mode power supplies. The method begins by writing state equations and the state matrices describing thesystem , and required matrix operations for computing the system transfer functions. It also leads to a canonical model that represent the four basic dc-to-dc topologies. On the other hand the newly introduced method of the PWM switch leads to a simpler circuit analysis of the converters which can be simulated using SPICE like simulation programs. SPICE simulation is a halfway step between circuit theoreticdesign and its practical implementation and it allows to reduce design time and to observe and correct some unwanted or unpredictable featuresof the theoretic at design. The model and simulation techniques areapplied to the popular PWM control integrated circuits SG3524. Several parts are synthesized together with the sub-circuit in SPICE, include a oscillator, a reference voltage source, error amplifier, a comparator and the dc-to-dc transformer. The simulated results of the completed systemin time domain have been checked against the measured ones.
