This thesis presents a mixed wheeling price based on marginalcost method and postage stamp method. The unreasonable cost incurred by usingeither the marginal cost or the postage stamp method can be moderatelyaccounted for. A proper mixed factor of the wheeling price will be proposed forthe Taipower system after analyzing the simulation results of a typical summerpeak load and winter peak load. Results obtained can be a valuable referencefor the electric power utilities in determining power wheeling price under thesuggested charge system.
