Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 商學研究所 === 86 ===   This thesis analyses the transaction complexity and the dispute resolution mechanisms in construction industry, builds up the models of transaction management process and the resolution decision process. The studies including four parts, the first part, from the perspectives of institutional economics and transaction theory, it analyses the characteristics and The e4conomic behaviors of the construction transaction, reveals and defines the types of resource inputs, transaction objectives, interface relationships and agent types. The second part, intends to build the model of transaction management process, including the developing and transaction designing phase, contracting phase, transformation enacting and monitoring phase as well as enforcing and resolution phase,explains the issues of transaction structures, transaction types, contract rules and their interrelatedness, emphasizes the variance after contracting phase dur to agent controls, interference and contingency variance factors, also recommends the general design principles of the governance structures. The third part, studies the negotiation and arbitration mechanisms. The final part, studies the dispute resolution mechanisms, intends to build the model of resolution decision process also recommends the relative strategies and evalution principles.
