| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 護理學系 === 86 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among
stressors 、coping behaviors and daily adaptation in
schizophrenic aldolescents.
This research adopted purposive sampling, subjects were drawn from psychiatric
OPD or day-care of three medical centers in central Taiwan,and obtained
thirty-seven cases. The main research tools include the Patients'' Psychiatric
Symptoms Scale、Stressors Scale、Coping Behaviors Scale、Patients'' Daily
Adaptation Scale. The data were collected by interviewing with patients and
their caregivers. Statistical methods including Number of Times Distribution、
Percentage、 Mean and Standard Deviation were to analyze the descriptive data;
t-test、 one way ANOVA、 Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test、 Kruskal-Wallis Test、 Pearson
Correlation and Spearman Correlation were to analyze the deductive data. The
results revealed that:
(1).The most prominent and effect of schizophrenic aldolescents'' stressor
are orders as following: "Disease disturbance","School events","Interpersonal
stresses","Family stresses".
(2).The most frequencies of schizophrenic aldolescents''
coping behaviors are
orders as following:"Distraction","Active management and postive emotional
responses","Escape and negative emotional responses","Smoking、drinking or
taking drug".
(3).The daily adaptation for aldolescents with schizophrenia were less than
the medium level,"Home life adaptation" was the best one,"Time assignment Life
adaptation" was the worst one in patients'' daily adaptation.
(4).Females have more frequencies type of "Smoking、
drinking or taking drug"
coping behaviors than males;Those patients who have an occupation,to go to
school and go to work regular have had better life adaptation;who were order
have had worse daily life adaptation;patients'' psychiatric symptoms were
negative correlatively with daily adaptation. The age of onset were negative
correlatively with effect level of "Disease disturbance","
Interpersonal stresses",
"Family stresses".
(5).The frequencies of "School events", "Interpersonal
stresses" and "Disease
disturbance" are related to coping of "Escape and negative
emotional responses".
The higher frequencies stressors, the more use of these coping behaviors.
(6).The stressors'' effect level of "School events",
"Interpersonal stresses"
are related to coping of "Escape and negative emotional responses. The higher
effect level of stressors, the more use of these coping behaviors.
(7).The coping of "Distraction" were postive correlatively
with daily adaptation.
The result of the study can help psychiatric nurses to
assess of stressors、
coping behaviors and daily adaptation of schizophrenic aldolescents. Providing
nursing plan and assist patient have better coping behaviors
and daily adaptation.
