the farm animals and to solve the problem of pet over population and the most
common methods people use for it are surgical, chemical contraception as well
steroid hormone suppression. Immunocontracepton is a new approach with high
potential. We use Pseudomonus Exotoxin A as a carrier protein to enhance the
immunogencity of GnRH by either chemical conjugation to form a subunit
vaccine or the technic of recombinant DNA to form a recombinant DNA vaccine
and then have then have them applied on animals to evaluate the titer of anti-
GnRH antibody. In our experiments we found that once the antibody titer
increased, the gonadoglands become atrophy and result in
infertility in some of
experimental animals.
