Because of the behavior is very complicated and difficult to study, as long as that, bored piles are used widely in Taiwan. According to that, it''s necessary to make a research on it. The research is beginning on dealing with the in-situ data. By the way, we can find out the rule of the bored pile with vertical load. Except that, we also can use the way of curve-fitting to get some simple behavior of pile. Randolph & Wroth (1978) bring up the idea of theoretical t~z curves. According to the theory, we can use the idea to develope the P~S curve. But the theory just fit to linear condition, Kraft (1981) bring up the idea of the hyperbolic model in theoretical t~z curve. By the way, we can simulate the nonlinear behavior of soil. At the end, we also try the numerical analysis to compare with the theoretical t~z curves.
