a control system. Therefore, the analysis and design of time-
delay systems plays animportant role in the pratical problem. In
this thesis, we investigated therobust stability and controller
design for the uncertain time-delay systems.First, we studied an
analysis tool for checking whether the time-delay systems are
robustly stable or not. Second, we used the traditional
frequencydomain methodolgy law to design the controller for
time-delay systems. third,we applied an adaptive control law to
the time-delay systems. Finally, wemade use of the Nyquist plot
to compute the maximum tolerable time-delayfor the uncertain
system under mixed perturbations.
