Summary:碩士 === 國立師範大學 === 社會教育學系 === 86 === This study attempts to study the influential factors and related issues ofteaching activity design of the teachers of supplementary school to juniorhigh school. The research objects deal mainly with the teachers practicingin 46 supplementary schools to junior high school of Taipei County; servingthe "teaching activity design investigation questionnaire of the teachers ofsupplementary school to junior high school" to serve as the research tool ofthis study.This study mainly attains the following conclusions:In general, the influential factors of teaching activity design of the teach-ers of supplementary school to junior high school in Taipei County, mainlycan be concluded in 4 major sources: (1)student factor; (2)teacher factor; (3)curriculllum factor; (4)external environmental factor. Among the factors withinfluence on design of "preparatory activity satge", the influence of "studen-ts'' learning demand" factor is the maximum one; concerning the design factorswith influence on "development activity stage", the factor of "students'' resp-onse in class" (such as: comprehension status) for the maximum influence; as to the design factors with influence on "synthetic activity stage", the factorof "software and hardware equipment required in teaching" accounts for themaximum one.
