Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 86 === This study is trying to explore the relation between strategy andquality.Based on the contigency theory and the resourced-based viewof strategy,we frame conceptual linkages among the two concepts.Wehypothesize that the implementation of quality management practiceswill vary across strategy types.The results of our empirical analysisis shown as followings. 1. There are significant difference among strategic types across three critical dimentions of quality management such as:role of the top management,product and service design,employee re- tion. 2. There are no significant difference among the training,supplier, quality management,quality data and reporting.Those items are what they should put more efforts.
