This study also explores into how teachers and administrators with different background attributes behave differently with respect to public relations. Questionnaire method is used in this research. At first, a careful literature review is taken to establish theoretical structures. Then a self-designed questionnaire, developed by the researcher and reviewed by experts, is employed as a research instrument. 948 members including principals, directors, teachers, and patriarchs in Taoyuan area serve as samples. Finally, the results are analyzed by t-test, Pearson''s product-moment correlation, ANOVA, Scheffe'' method, multiple regression analysis in this study. The results are listed as follows: 1. There is significant difference in the public relations extended, the lowest is input indicator, the highest is output indicator. 2. Male is significantly higher than female in public relations extended. 3.Primary schools are significantly higher than junior high schools in all levels of grades about public relations. 4.The country schools are more satisfied in public relations. 5.Principals and patriarch chairmen are the highest satisfied, and teachers who have taught in schools for more years are higher among all teachers. 6.The more degrees, the more satisfied. Teachers and staffs with master degree are more satisfied in public relations. 7.There are significantly correlation for primary schools and junior high schools in input indicator, process indicator, and output indicator. 8.The interviews reveal five discussions: funds is not enough,the influenceoutput indicator.of people''s representatives,community personage lack correct opinions, the object of extending public relations and satisfied situations.public relationship and satisfied situations.
