Data were processed by using decriptive, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation and Stepwise Regression. The following statements are our new finding. 1. The psychological stressor is the first factor to affect the patient during waiting for Heart transplantation. The physical stressor factor is the second and social stressor Is third. 2. During waiting for heart transplantation, most patients take the problem-oriented behaviors as frist and affect-oriented behaviors as second. 3. Evaluating perceived stress with "Perceived Stress Scale", the patient who waited for heart transplantation got 59.5%(23.80) that is over middle of the highest score(40). 4. The length of time would cause the candidate's total stress strength and physical stress strength a significant difference(p<0.05), but psychological stress strength (p<0.01). 5. Used frequency to total coping behaviors, the variance of candidate's character shows no significant difference(p>0.05), However, used frequency by problem- oriented and affected-oriented behavior, the educational level and ecnomical resource of candidate are showing significant difference(p<0.05). 6. To perceived stress point of view, the candidate's sex, working condition and time of waiting would cause a significant difference(p<0.05). 7. To total stressors and source of variant stress, the coping behavior shows no help for candidate(p>0.05). 8. To total stressors, physical stressors and psychological stressors, the perceived stress of candidate shows positively significant difference(p<0.01). However, the social stressors gives candidate's perceived stress a significant difference(p<0.05). 9. The relationship between affect-oriented coping behavior and perceived stress are positive, while others variances show no significant correlation(p>0.05). 10.After evaluated the character, source of stress and coping behavior, the total variance of perceived stress for candidate could be predicted by 54.8%(F=16.594, p<0.01). The largest predictable factor(38.6%) comes from sychologicalstressor. Ku Nai - Ping 顧乃平 1998 學位論文 ; thesis 100 zh-TW
