The results of this study foundsthat there were very high percentages in teacher participating secondspecialty in- service will. It also founds that there were significantdifferences between in-service will and influential factors, such as sex,age, and service time respectively. According to the result, the study suggested that government shouldmake laws of second specialty in-service training programs, and add secondspecialty in-service training schools.
