Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 化學工程學系 === 86 === A series of mesoporous vandosilicate V-MCM-41 molecular sieves with variou Si/Vratios had been hydrothermally synthesized. The chemical environment ,f vanadiumcenters in V-MCM-41 was investigated by power X-ray diffraction (XRD), frameworkFTIR, diffuse reflectance UV-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis), nitrogen sorption measurement, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) anddiffetent thermal analysis (DTA). XRD and FTIR showed that the solid produts havethe MCM-41 structe and contain only atomically dispered vanadium consistent withframework vanadium consistent in V- MCM-41. Nitrogen sorption results showed thatall of the materials have a uniform pore size distribution with pore size around3 nm. The crystallinity of V-MCM-41 decreased whed the vanadium content was increased. The hexagonal array structure of uniform pore size was observed by TEM. It wasproved that the pores were highly aligned. The catalytic activity of V-MCM-41, V/ MCM-41(impergnation method), V-Y zeolite andV-Beata zeolite were reacted in the partial oxidation of benzene by diluted hydrogenperixide. All the products were analyzed by gas chromatography (GC). Phenol wasthe only liquid product. The catalytic activity of V-MCM-41 was better than thoseof V/MCM-41, V-Y and V-Beata zeloites.
