In chaotic region, two distinct chaotic phase-plane trajectory can be observed: single spiral structure and asymmetry double-scroll structure. In addition, the power spectra of the photon density shows a broad continuous component and indicates chaotic vibrations in the laser diode. This approach offers a simple chaotic light source for possible digital chaotic communication.
