Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工業設計學系 === 86 === For getting the superiority of the modern and international market , product designer have to increase the functions and beautify the shape and form of their products . In order to get this purpose , more and more company improve their production process by using concurrent engineering . The response information feedbacked from the Concurrent design process is used to construct a fuzzy design structure matrix by using the fuzzy clustering analysis . Considering the period of the production or the life cycle of the product , product designers have to take the behavior of the cost and time spending in the development period . The "design automation technology" is one of the good methods helping the product designers to get this goal . To practice the concurrent engineering , it is necessary to control the different periods of the production . The effective way to solve this problem is to make the whole designing and producting process transparent . In this way , every department has to link its effort with others . Especially for the department of product design , how to share their image and communicate with others through the three periods (explore stage、transform stage and convergence stage)is becoming more and more important . In this research , we attempt to establish the active relationships of the development part and the design team by using the CAD system and connecting the joints of the Morphological Chart , Pugh concept selection matrix and DFMA and try to find the effective way to solve the problem .
