Results were summarized as follows: 1.For selfed peg tips culture, the most favorite media were containing 150 mg/l and 50 mg/l ascorbic acid added in MS medium. 2.Interspecific hybrid peg tips cultured on MS medium containing 150 mg/l casein hydrolysate , 1 mg/l NAA , 0.05 mg/l BA and 0.5 mg/l GA medium for 120 days , produced more callus and few ovary swelling only. 3.Interspecific hybrid peg tips cultured on MS medium containing 150 mg/l casein hydrolysate for 120 days, little elongation and few rootings resulted the devoid of pod and swelling ovary . 4.The pegs from interspecific hybrid cultured on MS medium containing 150 mg/l CH+1mg/l NAA , 0.05 mg/l BA and 0.5 mg/l GA medium for 120 days, and then subcultured in MS medium 150 mg/l CH and 50 mg/l ascorbic acid for 120 days, some explants which were already elongated or have ovary swelling before subculture, will continue elongation and podding formation. 5.Interspecific hybrid peg tips cultured on MS medium containing 150 mg/l casein hydrolysate and 50 mg/l ascorbic acid for 120 days, all of the three interspecific hybrids explant could have pod formation and seed production. 6.Three (A.hypogaea x A.cardenasii, A.hypogaea x A.batizocoi and A.hypogaea x A.pusilla) of five seeds from interspecific hybrid peg tips culture germinated and recovered plant.
