Pa-Kua Area 八卦山淺層滑動危險區之評估研究 Wu, Chao-Cherng 吳照誠 碩士 國立中興大學 土木工程學系 86 The objective of this study is to build a simple and theoretic method for the assessment of slope stability for large areas on the basis of geotechnicalengineering theory which is assisted by the capability of spatial analysis of GIS. This study adopts infinite slope stability analysis to assess slope stability of Mt. Pa-Kua because research papers finger out that the form of the landslide in lateritic soil terrace after rain is mostly sliding with as hallow plane parallel to the ground surface. There are five parameters in the equilibrium model:soil strength parameters ( c,φ,γ) and slope (β) can be obtained by classification of soil and GIS technology, and depth of failure(h) can be estimated by physiographical factors with multiple gression method. By overlaying systematic maps of the five analytic factors, the safety factor map of degree of potential failure can be made. After comparing the classification of the safety factor map with the records of landslide, the tendency of the distribution of the records matches well. It is proved that the method proposed here is feasible. Meanwhile, this study trys to regress the gully frequency of each watershed to indicate the degree of erosion and then to adjust its safety factor. The revised result make the distribution of the records of landslide more correspondent. Su Miau-Bin 蘇苗彬 1998 學位論文 ; thesis 99 zh-TW
