Moreover, an investigation on whether the employees'''' satisfaction of quality of working life is related to personalities and characteristics of organization.   The research useds the questionnaire to survey employees in the high-technology industries, including communication, information technology, consumption electric, semi-conduct, machine & automation, materials, chemistry & medicine, and etc. This study analyzes the data with Descriptive Statistics, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe''''s Multiple Comparison Test, Pearson Correlation Analysis, and Stepwise Regression Analysis.   The results of the study are as follows:   1. The results on the employees'''' satisfaction of qualily of working life vary greatly as personalities and characteristics of organization vary.   2. The results show a significant correlation between the employees'''' satisfaction of quality of working life and job performance.   3.
