Moreover, an investigation on whether the employees'''' satisfaction of quality of working life is related to personalities and characteristics of organization.
The research useds the questionnaire to survey employees in the high-technology industries, including communication, information technology, consumption electric, semi-conduct, machine & automation, materials, chemistry & medicine, and etc. This study analyzes the data with Descriptive Statistics, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe''''s Multiple Comparison Test, Pearson Correlation Analysis, and Stepwise Regression Analysis.
The results of the study are as follows:
1. The results on the employees'''' satisfaction of qualily of working life vary greatly as personalities and characteristics of organization vary.
2. The results show a significant correlation between the employees'''' satisfaction of quality of working life and job performance.
3. The results show the employees'''' satisfaction of quality of working life really influence job performance, particularly the character of job and leadership style.
