Over the years of develop, numeric controls already apply to turning-lathe, milling, drill, grinding machine, a punch press and machining centers. Because the microprocesser-technology is improved. People using the microprocesser to develop miscellaneous function than blossom into CNC controller.   Most of the CNC controller later is a specialized controller, which is design by each company, or some of DOS environment''s PC-Based controller. Windows NT and Windows 95 system is the trend in the future, to match the trend of future operation system, Do a study of PC-Based controller under Windows NT.   Inasmuch as the popularization of PC, caused the PC''s prices reduce to an acceptable level. Inasmuch as PC''s diversification and elasticity, and the addition of suitable input and output function, we can design a suitable controller, replace the traditional specialized controller, reduce costing and increase elasticity.   With the addition of Windows operation system, it can use friendly man machine interface enhances the competition of product on market.
