Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 自動控制工程研究所 === 86 === In this thesis, a 100V/20A buck-type switching power regulator using a fuzzy controller is studied and designed. The switching power transistor used in this study is an IGBT transistor that is known to preserve the advantage of both BJT and MOSFET transistors. In the design, the fuzzy control law is implemented on an 89C51 single chip processor. The output voltage is regulated by feeding back the output voltage to the 89C51 single chip processor. Based on the feedback signal, the fuzzy rule determines the duty cycle of the PWM signal that is generated to switch the power transistor. Furthermore, several protection circuitry''s such as over-current protection, soft start protection, and dv/dt and di/dt snubbers are designed in this study. The experimental result shows that the output voltage can be regulated within 2.5% under 30% input voltage variation.
