Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程研究所 === 86 === In the field of Production Management and Automation , Computer- Aided Design (CAD)、Computer-Aided Manufacturing(CAM) and Computer-Aided Inspection(CAI) are all the main parts of Computer Integrated Manufacturing(CIM). The positionabove three should be the same important and related in CIM , not separately . As amatter of fact , CAD、CAM and CAI should be a close-loop and connected sub-system in CIM*s system . In other words , it is indeed necessary to integrate CAD、CAM and CAI .This research used Machine Vision System(MVS) as the object of CAI*s research , the features of CAD and MVS as the basis , and concerns about theintegration of CAD , CAM/CAI in order to establish Integrated Computer-AidedInspection(ICAI) database and MVS feature library to construct a MVS rapid modelingsystem . After the establishment of the system , CAD/CAM/CAI will be connected andintegrated , which enables the users to input the features of CAD or the related codes of CAM , then the MVS*s inspect program can be generated automatically in order toapply on-line . And the user does not need to write program by himself . In additional ,the system can provide the related information of CAD/CAM/CAI , and by theassistance of user interface to train related members . While analyzing the principles of the system , the concepts of Object-Oriented will be applied to analyze and design ICAI database and MVS feature library in order to promote the elasticity of repair and expansion of the system and strengthen the convenience of the system*s software , so that the users would feel more friendly .
