However, it accelerates the network application due tothe number of Internet users rapidly grows and technique of WWW successivelyadvances.Some occupation existing in enterprise called ISP (Internet Service Providers),which provides Internet services and plays a role of information serviceprovider to serve enterprise and general users in the way of leased line anddial-up line. Hence, this service make enterprise run smoothly and shorten thedistance among human relationship.In the whole ISP operational environments, dial-up is the fastest way to geton-line, while its purpose is exactly providing numerous users. Having apowerful management information system to dominate the operation flow fordial-up business is prerequisite.The purpose of this thesis is focused on management information system forinternet dial-up service, However, a complete management information systemshould be tested by times. Learning the past experience on original system,re-designing the even perfect management information system, conquering thedifficulty and applying WWW technique to build this system are proven that WWWapplication technique becomes mature and meets the necessity of enterprise.
