Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學工程研究所 === 86 === In this study, all the experiments are conducted in a 450mm I.D.pilot scale vortexing fluidized bed combustor. Rice husk, soybean, high sulfur subbituminous coal, low sulfur subbituminous coal andbituminous coal are used as the feeding materials. Silica sand is employed the bed material. The effects of various operating parameters on NO and CO emissions are investigated. The parameters include the bedtemperature, the excess air, the primary stoichiometric air ratio andproperties of fuels. In addition, the soybean is adding with other fuels is to study the especially properties of fuel in combustion system. The results show that the NO concentration increases with the temperature and excess air. The more the primary air flow lower the NO concentration can be found. The NO concentration decrease with the stoichiometric air ratio when temperature is constant. The NO conversion on the initial H/N and O/N ratio of the fuels is dependent. The NO concentration could decrease when the soybean is mixed with coal or rice husk for the fuel, therefore soybean is a good agent reducing to reduce NO.
