According to the study, there are two conclusions of the study. First, there are five steps for developing CPG: topic selection, developing method, drafting document, evaluating guideline, disseminating and implementing guideline. Second, the result of case study shows that patient''s compliance with CPG treatment will reduce mortality rate and recurrent rate; in other word, CPG implementation will improve outcome of health care.
