Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 建築與都市計畫學系 === 86 === The Science-Based Industrial Park is a high tech zone specially designated for research, innovation, and the advancement of technological industries. It is equipped with UPS to ensure that there are no interupptions in high tech product innovations. Science-based industrial park are undergoing changes as the result of shifts in the nature of the Taiwanese economy and advancements in technology. The objectives of this study are as follows:
1.To propose methods of dealing with shifts in science-based industrial parks by understanding the Hsinchu Science-Based lndustrial Park.
2.TO make utilization assessments of the environments of developed science-based industrial parks.
3.To determine actual space requirements by reviewing th actual amount of space employed by users.
4.To determine user level of satisfaction
5.To offer an effective renovation strategy and suggestions in the event that use of the Hsinchu Science-Based lndustrial Park reaches the saturation point as reference for maximizing economic benefit and when renovating developed science-based industrial parks.
This study has six chapters and is divided according to the following main points:
chapter1 Conclusions. This chapter explains the motivation and objectives of this study to define the objects of research and study flow.
chapter2 An overview of relavant literature. This chapter explains the definition of technological industry based on pertinent concepts, development objectives of science-based industrial parks, and theories related to utilization assessment and then investigates them in light of study goals.
chapter3 Analyses of science-based industrial park development. This chapter probes into the current situation of science-based industreal parks to understand current land use situations and land use efficiency. Surveys and analyses were conducted on first term developed science-based industrial parks.
chapter4 Surveys and analyses of first term devloped science-based industrial parks. This chapte carries out surveys and analyses aimed at firms, management bureaus, and employees in first term developed science-based industrial parks to determine the level of user satisfaction and problems encounterted during development stages.
chapter5 Renovation strategies for science based industrial parks. This chapter constructs renovation strategies based on information gained from surveys of development situations, production analyses, and development restrictions. The supply and demand information gained in this way are the basis for the renovation strategies.
chapter6 Conclusions and suggestions. In this chapter, we review the results of this study and , with this information, offer suggestions for future research.
