碩士 === 中華大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 86 === 　　Recently the fast growing social and economic development in Taiwan, the class growing of life and education in Taiwan make people require more and more health service. The role as health care consumer is changed from passive accepting demanding the current medical care system. A various of changes in the medical system (ex. the implementation of national health care insurance) push medical care provider expand medical equipment and make the health care market competition higher. Therefore medical care provider need to manage their resource in order to improve the efficiency of the services they provide. 　　It was to make evaluation to understand an organization of health care that efficiency is good or bed. In accordance with evaluation can help organization to understand that was good or bed, every resource have good use and to promote efficiency. The organization of external environment is a important factors when we evaluate hospital efficiency. Every different external environment must effect the hospitals performance that have different result. Apart hospital performance research can not avoid environment cause to make research of interference, they most limit the sample on the specific environment that to research result can not have mistake. And the industry give economist to think environment must affect organization behavior and effect their performance. 　　This research use two-person ratio efficiency game model to evaluate hospitals technical efficiency and discuss the external environment factors that indicate important external environment boundary and make external environment index. Use regression model to analysis external environment that how to effect hospital performance.
