In this paper, the Navy new-generation-fighter*s maintenance philosophy: progressive -overhaul and module-replacement, which has superseded the traditional maintenance policy is discussed. This paper following the essential procedures to establish maintenance policy: Logistics Support Analysis, Lowest Repairable Unit Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis. RCM Analysis utilising inherent technology and failure experience and following analysis procedure to establish a maintenance plan, which can predict and prevent maintenance plan perfect, some more concept and technology are involved : maintenance policy, maintenance level analysis, depth of maintenance, repair parts sorting and criticality sorting.
