In the meantime, it would alleviate the problems of unemployment, housing, education, public facilities, and so on. To investigate the above issues, a number of numerical models had been developed. In general, statistics was utilized to analyze and predict the migration of people between two neighboring regions. However, these models emphasize on the study in a aggregate manner (i.e., in term of the quantity of migration) whereas individual behavior was totally neglected. The objective of this paper is to construct a computer simulation model to investigate the above issues based on different factors, such as cost of migration the increase (or decrease) of the number of people, age, evaluaton time, and so on. We were particularly iterested in dynamic behavior and dynamic equilibrium of the system. The results show that different degrees of intervening obstacles will affect the migration of people and the satisfaction of them. The degree of human influencing the environment is concerned to the migration of people on the other day. It is different between large and small environment in the influence of total environment when some local environment has changed, and people will get different satisfaction in different types of environment.
