However, new product research and developmen t need a lot of money, but it often got failure. Many firms were afraid of failure and gave research & development up. The firms lack R&D, they will die.
Many researches were interested to performance of new product development(NPD). Among several non-effective projects, effort and time if each one of these projects were to be input the resource precisely and objectively. It is the process of evaluating projects, and then choosing to implement some set of them.
According the process of this papers, the key successful factors have been divided to 14 parts and 30 variables. By these questions had been finished for the questionnaire, that have three stages : before the project input, the prototype was finished, the project was finished. Because of some limits, research into success/failure reasons have riecessarily opted for a retrospective ve analysis approach. According to this paper. researches validation results, revealing a predictive ability of 70-85%. The application of predictive model will bring to effective for research and development management.
