Summary:碩士 === 台北市立師範學院 === 國民教育研究所 === 85 === AbstractThe purposes of this study were to understand the real situation of schools'' managerial model, teachers'' perception of professional autonomy and sense of school conflict in elementary schools, and to predict efficiently the variables and influences on the sense of school conflict. In addition, the differences between different teachers'' variables and schools'' managerial models on teachers'' perception of professional autonomy and sense of school conflict was also investigated.This research took a wide survey through questionnaires to 1340 teachers randomly selected from 149 public and private elementary schools in Taiwan area. Three survey instruments were developed/used in this study including, Schools'' Managerial Model Scale, Teachers'' Perception of Professional Autonomy Scale, and Sense of School Conflict Scale. The results of data analysis were shown as follows:1. Bureaucratic model, collegial model, and political model can serve as the major orientation of the analysis of analyze schools'' managerial model.2. There are different managerial models in the elementary school.3. To enjoy professional freedom, to participate organization decision- making, to be free of external interruption, and to keep profession quality can serve as the important index of teachers'' perception of professional autonomy. 4. Teachers in elementary school possess highly perception of professional autonomy. 5. The sense of role conflict, interpersonal conflict, and group conflict can serve as the important index of teachers'' sense of school conflict.6. Teachers in elementary school possess lower sense of school conflict. 7. More significant difference existed among different schools'' managerial models on teachers'' sense of school conflict than those models on teachers'' perception of professional autonomy.8. More significant difference existed among different teachers'' background variables on teachers'' sense of school conflict than those models on teachers'' perception of professional autonomy.9. Teachers'' background variables and schools'' managerial models can serve as good predictors of teachers'' sense of school conflict.Based on the study results, the author tends to submit feasible recommendations for the departments of educational administration, elementary school principals and teachers, and also the further investigations.
