geometry between the mechanisms and the analysis of main
mechanism which is in the Chinese Braille Display. In the
process of computer aided analysis and design, this thesis
provides one method that equally emphasize theimportance of
design and analysis. In this process two package are applied,
one is the I-DEAS and the other is the ANSYS. The first, it
is discussed that combinative interference of geometry between
the mechanisms in the Chinese Braille Display. An important form
of design is that each identically independent unit which has
eight braille cell can make use of the form pluging card to
constitute the entire Chinese Braille Display. Each mechanism in
the unit has achieved the demand of design, so the combination
interference of geometry betweenmechanisms is permissible.
Next, the author discuss the effects of stress, strain and
displacement on the static response and the nature frequency of
mechanism. And find that quantity of force that the Chinese
Braille Display can provide is 15 gram and the average force
that the finger of blind touch down the braille cell is 13 gram,
so the Chinese Braille Display can provide enough force to let
the braille cell stick out. When the all force act upon the
mechanism the effects of stress, strain and displacement can not
cause the mechanism structure to destroy.
