A project leader should always be aware of every detail aboutthe project in progress, for instance : different teams division, personnelsallocation, the individual members progress, the integration and testing ofentire system, privileges authorization on files accesses, the security ofsystem...etc. A project leader has to oversee and manage properly everythingmentioned above.One of the most serious problems mentioned above is members change : retiredor resigned. To solve this problem , we are designing a "Project ManagingEnvironment", which is named PM-KGB system. It provides a managing environmentfor those projects working under UNIX. With the clear privileges, even indifferent offices, members can discuss on line and transfer data with othermember through the network. By employ if we use the statistical graphic toexpression someone''s progress , we can learn if our team workers have anydifficulties and then we can give them a hand. Also version managementenables new comers learn the information they need in the shortest period oftime . The files won''t be eavesdropped , because we use File Encrypt subsystemto ensure that the files can transfer safety to the members.When the members access the database , we can use the records forged detectionto ensure that the files they access are the right file they need.In the highly development of commercial society , we lay more and more emphasison a so-called "commercial secret". This thesis , therefore , is focus on thesecurity subsystem of PM-KGB and offer a solution solve the problem . Thissystem''s function include the identification of the employees , thedistribution and the management of the limitation access of the database foreveryone , the document''s delievery in the network and the records forgeddetection .
