Therefore, the purpose of this study will research users''internal learning process and external interactivebehaviors. By means of qualitative method. Unstructured observing, teach back techniques and in-depth interviewing were used through the data collection process. HCI behaviors and mental models of participators were analyzed according to the four categories(affective,sensory,cognitive and manipulative interfaces)generated from the literature review.
