But shortly after the enforcement of N AFTA, Mexico took place a serious financial crisis. It also surprised theworld coutries, especially the investing coutries in Mexico. As a matter of fa ct, Mexico has experienced its different economical crisessince 1976, especial ly the foreign loan of 1982 and the financial crisis of 1994. The two crise s has presented the different model of economics, and have also discussed furt her to the world. Unfortunately, the destiny of the country would not get rid of the crises of economics. Before 1985, the econoomical policy of Mexico h ad been the traditional import substitution, but the import substitution had s lowed down the coutry development in its economics and caused the economical c rises. The president, De la Madrid, knew the reason and followed the tide of t he world. He executedthe "neoliberalism" policy. To Salinas enforced the polic y more positively.However, the wrong structure of Mexican economics caused the financial crisis in 1994, no matter whatever the present, Zedillo, had paid m uch to it. So I want to study the inflence of the economical crises in Mexi co in the political situation, for example, the mob of Indian farmers in Chiap
