folate. Andfolate is the one kind of necessary nutrition for
human growing up. Specially for infant and pregnant woman. Then
the purpose of this experiment is: To be added the extra-folate
to goat*s milk can compensatethe nutrition shortage. By the way,
it also can probe folate degradation when goat*s milk is
producing and storage. And how to effect the quality of long
life goat*s milk after folate added. What we adopt for this
experiment is raw goat milk. After added folate: 0, 1, 2,4, or 8
ug/ml individually , poured in the commercial andlight isolation
glasses bottles. Then, pre-heat by 60OC. After all, sterilize by
121oC for 15 minutes and inspect the changement of quality of
goat mild every month during the 4-month- storaged . the inspect
itemsare including : sediments, Ph, browning degree, viscosity,
titrable acidity, fat, proteins, lactose as well as degradation
and light effectof folate. Our experiment shows that it will
not have bad influence on variousquality of goat milk when
folate contented in long life goat milk in poor proceed
condition. As to the folate degradation, there*s noinfluence on
folate by commercial or light isolation package. But the
degradation by light isolation package is only about 5.5% in the
first month, and it reaches to about 16% by commercial package.
Then, after4-month storage, the degradation by light isolation
go up about 9.5% andabout 25% by commercial package.
