Description
Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 化學工程學系 === 85 === Abstract The thesis studied the effect of catalyst preparation methods and additives on the vanadium-based catalyst preformances for the selective oxidation of hydrogen sulfide. In addition,BET、 SEM、XRD and ESCA were used for catalyst characterization. Six different methods were used to prepare the catalyst with Sb/ V=1.0 and the best method was found to be the one prepared with oxalic acid. However, for catalyst with Sb/V=0.3 ,the catalyst prepa- red with nitric acid had better performance than the one prepared with oxalic acid. The different calcination temperature (450、600、850℃) were used to prepare the catalyst with Sb/V=1.0 and the best calcination temperature was found to be at 450℃. Three different supports (TiO2、ZrO2、γ-Al2O3) were used to pre- pare supported catalyst with Sb/V=0.3 . Both TiO2 and ZrO2 supported catalysts reached the surfur yield of 100%, but ZrO2 supported cata- lyst had better catalytic activity.
