Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 經濟學系 === 85 === In the latter of 1970,many countries had transferred the public enterprises with poor performance to partially owned by private sectors.This privatizationhas become a trade on the global economic world in either developed countriesor developing countries.The reasons for privatization are summarized as followed :lack of competition in public enterprises,productive inefficiency,and bad operating performance.Therefore,most of government believe that the privatizationhas ability to change the conventional enterprises'' motive and so to increasethe productive efficiency.Some of the researchers have studies and discussed whether a mixed enterprises is a better alternative between public and private enterprises in terms of its performance? Thus study is to compare thr performance among public,private and mixed enter-prises.We use the Translog Cost Function to analyze the Taiwan data in details.
