These events reveal that the concept of "business ethics" still needs to build and strengthen in our country. People can''t tolerate the business activities in order to private advantage but harm to the public welfare any more. Therefore the topic of "business ethics" is getting to be attended.
The merchandise offered by service industries is invisible. Therefore the quality of the serving will be different owing to the different servers. The quality of serving is hard to take control well. On the moment of marketing serving, the quality of serving will depend on the servers'' ethical behaviors and the ethical decision making individually. The build of the relationship between society and customers depends on the servers'' awareness of ethical behaviors and the servers'' ethical decision making. Hence the relationship between the service industry and the business ethics and the considerable factors of ethical decision making will be closer and more directly than other industies.
Thus my research is to probe into the interrelation between the business ethics and the considerable factors of ethical decision making of the service industry. After I gather and analysis the result of the question shits tersted in 500 service industries with the statistics methods. Two conclusions are gotten.
1.If the employees have the higher recognition in the considerable factors of ethical decision making, they will have the higher business ethics tendency.
2.The inter-environment factor and outer-environment factor of the considerable factors of ethical decision making will cause the greatest influence on business ethics.
