compounds.Since PCB possesing stable physical and
chemcalproperties.PCB commercial products are widely to use from
1930.After1976, there are saveral reports related PCB
contaminated the environment,sohow to phase out PCB was getting
hot potatos to human beings. We found the path how PCB to
come into human badies and causedharmful to health.That came
from environment to ecologic system,by the way ofeating food,
then to human badies.So from the path we will prevent soil to
beingcontaminated by PCB and stop it to cause casualty to the
world. We involved several projects on PCB wastes
clearance and disposalincluding soil decontamination.Also
because of the regulations published by ourEPA(environmental
protection administration) are not quite complete. We
areinterested to find out some resolution to solve the problems
on PCBcontaminated soil. By way of the planning and
researching how to remediation the PCBpolluted soil.We make a
conclusion and suggestion that is "PCB tolerant valuewill be
higher than PCB concentration of natural background and the
smallesttolerant value of foreign contries.Then,PCB-investigated
value will be 5ppm,PCB-remediated value equals to 50ppm for the
residential area,and PCB-investigated value will be 50ppm,PCB-
remediated value equals to 500ppmfor the non-residential area."
