Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 造紙印刷研究所 === 85 === With the coming of electric information time,the demand and development of printed circuit board is increasing year by year.At the same time,the request of laminates is much higher than before.With the small sized and high density packed of electric product,the generation of heat in the board is larger than before. Three kinds of base paper were made under different formula conditions,and six different quantity contained Aluminum hydroxide fillers were added into p apers.The most proper base paper was evaluated by the comparison of tensile st rength, tearing strength,bursting strength,porosity,and paper smoothness.Compa red the difference between the non-coated paper and the coated paper.The heat resistant property can be testified by using DSC and TGA,and the surface stru cture pattern of paper was observed by using SEM. From the result of experiment,it was found that (the pulp formula of NBKP:LB KP=40:60),10% inorganic fillers was added into composite base paper,which have better physical properties than the others.After pigments coating on this base paper,it still has excellent physical strength.In the thermal property, the hea t resistant extent has improved by the function of Aluminum hydroxide pigment.
