can decision makers select the appropriate formwork systems
among comprehensive alternatives? The purpose of the research is
to build up the procedure and method of the formwork evaluation
for the business world. The research for formwork evaluation is
based on utility theorem. The evaluation procedure consists of
three steps: The attributes are first identified. Second,
interview decision makers are in order to realize the utility
function and the proportion of attributes. At last, the multi-
attribute utility function is established and the attributes of
alternatives are transformed to utility values. And the same
time, alternatives can be sorted by total utility values and
decision makers may select formwork by reference total utility
values.
