The proposed methodolgy adopts the Parameter Variation Pattern (PVP) to modifythe feasible design region. We suggest the two-stage optimization to search the Feasible Robust Optimum. This reseach, first analyzes the factors of parameter variations and elaborates the formulation of PVP. We then use PVPto define the robust constraints to accomodate the activity uncertainty due to parameter variation. This procedure will ensure the feasibility of the robust optimum. Our method can be easily applied to design with parameter correlation. The window application program ROP is proposed for the facilition of robust optimization.
