Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立台灣工業技術學院 === 管理技術研究所 === 85 === In America, the CRM have created a great achievement which is not only lower the rate of aircraft accidents but also improve the quality of work. Comparing it, the rate in Taiwan is too high. The main purpose of this study is to discover the present environment of CRM in Taiwan. After the entry of deregulation of airline industry, it has increased the growth rate of market rapidly. In short term, we will face a shortage of pilots due to the rapidly growth. In order to resolve the problem, the airlines are training pilots with civil aeronautics administration besides hiring foreigner pilots. In this strategy, our pilots are consist of ex-military pilots, ab- initial pilots and foreigner pilots. This study has investigated the recognition of CRM Training Program from three groups of pilots. We have the conclusion as follows: 1. The pilots have high demand in the CRM Training Program.2. The CRM Training Program can improve knowledge skill of pilots, flight safety and flight efficiency.3. All pilots recommend airlines hiring professional facilitator to teach them the CRM Training Program.4. All pilots in Taiwan have the same core concepts of the CRM Training Program as the foreigners.5. The airlines should consider the characteristic of each group pilot when they implement the CRM Training Program.6. Each group of pilots has his own special demand of the CRM Training Program.
