by Milgrom & Roberts professors to analyze the compensation
structure of the R&D department in the information industry.by
using the performance indexes of "the current rate of members","
yield rate","the rate of process control","the rate of cost
control" and "the rate of return".We hope to improve the
incentive system for them. My major findings include the
following:
1. As to the major performance index of "the current rate of
members",we should use the absolute performance measurement and
give it higher incentive pay.
2. As to the major performance index of "yield rate",we should
use the relative performance measurement and give it very high
incentive pay.
3. As to the major performance index of "the rate of process
control",we should use the relative performance measurement and
give it very high incentive pay.
4. As to the major performance index of "the rate of cost
control",we should use the relative performance measurement and
give it the highest incentive pay.
5. As to the major performance index of "the rate of return",we
should use the relative performance measurement and give it very
high incentive pay.
