My major findings include the following: 1. As to the major performance index of "the current rate of members",we should use the absolute performance measurement and give it higher incentive pay. 2. As to the major performance index of "yield rate",we should use the relative performance measurement and give it very high incentive pay. 3. As to the major performance index of "the rate of process control",we should use the relative performance measurement and give it very high incentive pay. 4. As to the major performance index of "the rate of cost control",we should use the relative performance measurement and give it the highest incentive pay. 5.
