Thus, practical solutions can be obtained to improve the safety of the communication system and other equipments senstive to EMI for the RTS. For this study, the Electromagnetic Transients Program (EMTP) has beenapplied to analyze the longitudinally magnetic-field induced voltages from thepower-supply system to the communication system under both normal and abnormalsituations. The grounding resistance, distances between power and communicati-on lines, and the currents and arrangements of the power cables analyzed to e-valuate their effects on the coupling voltages, and then to determine whether those interferences satisfy the safety regulations of CCITT or not. Some rest-traning and shielding methods for reducing the power EMI's from the power-supply system are also suggested. Besides, in order to verify the EMTP simulations, the magnetic- field induced current in the leaky coaxial cable (LCX) installed in the R14 to R16 tunnel sections of the Tamshui-line Taipei RTS are measured. In addition, the radio frequency EMI's for both Mucha medium-size RTS, Tamshui large-size RTS, and the electric trains of the Taiwan Railroad are measured and evaluated. Finally, this thesis discusses the required distance between the the grounding locations of power-supply and communication systems. Cheng-Fa Yang 楊成發 1997 學位論文 ; thesis 160 zh-TW
