From using single personal computer to using internet which connects computers all over the world, users can access data between computer systems more convenient than ever. Database applications also evolve in accord with the development of computer technology. Users can access computers in different countries, and the access time is very short . The more the computer technology develops, the more database accessing technology progresses. Today, duo to the combination of database and WWW, the application of database becomes more popular . The goal of this study is to provide a more flexible and powerful architecture, such as Common Gateway Interface.
